I am subscribed to the Off Peak Package, and I received a free Loyalty Package. How is the deduction made?

The deduction is made according to the priority and order of the Package as follows: Off Peak Package, then the free Loyalty Package, followed by the Net for all extra Package, and finally, the Basic Net for all Packages.

What is my classification in the Loyalty Program?

There is no specific classification. The more points a subscriber collects, the greater the opportunity to obtain larger benefits. Points can be exchanged for bundles with larger capacities.

Can I exchange the remaining points for another bundle when I consume the first used bundle?

The validity of the first bundle must expire before you can exchange the points for another bundle.

What happens to the points if they are not used and expire?

The subscriber will lose their points if they are not utilized within the validity period.

How long are the points valid in the “Loyalty” program?

The accumulated points remain valid for 18 months from the start of the points cycle, beginning on January 1st of each year.

How can a new subscriber benefit from the program?

Any new subscriber will automatically enter the current accumulation cycle and can benefit from the points they earn until the points' expiration.

What is the procedure to follow if I lose my phone? How can I deactivate the e-sim?

To obtain a replacement e-sim for a lost one, you should visit one of the sales centers as soon as possible. Additionally, you can temporarily deactivate the e-sim by following these steps:

  • Call the number 121 from another Libyana line.
  • Select option 1 for the Arabic language.
  • Choose option 4 to activate or deactivate the service.
  • Select option 1 to deactivate the service.
  • Enter the phone number you want to deactivate followed by the # sign.
  • Enter the PIN code.
Do all regular SIM card services exist in the e-sim, and are there any special offers associated with it?

All the services and offers available on the regular SIM card are also available on the e-sim.

Does the e-sim work while roaming?

Yes, roaming service is available on the e-sim.

Can I delete the e-sim profile if I want to sell my phone?
