How to activate the e-sim?

Through your phone settings, scan the QR code to download the e-sim profile. However, to activate the service, you must have a device that supports this technology.

Activating the service on IOS devices:

  • Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
  • Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan.
  • Use your device to scan the QR code.
  • Name the cellular line according to your usage, such as labeling one as primary and the other as secondary.

Activating the service on Android devices:

  • Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
  • Go to Settings > Connections > SIM card manager.
  • Choose Add Mobile Plan > Add using QR Code.
  • Use your device to scan the QR code.
  • Name the cellular line according to your usage, such as labeling one as primary and the other as secondary.
What is the e-sim (electronic SIM) and how does it work?

It is an integrated electronic chip within your device that allows you to connect to the network without the need for a physical SIM card. You can add or activate it directly through your device settings.

What does the message “Check information service” mean?

Go to message settings, then to information messages, and change the status from “On” to “Off.”

When I call any number, the message “Check network services” appears.

In the call settings, the “Show my caller ID” option is set to “Off.” You need to set it to “On.”
