You cannot recharge as you hear the voice prompt: ‘Unable to recharge now, contact the operator to exit the reservation list?

You have exhausted the number of recharge attempts, which is three attempts, and as a result, you have entered the reservation list. To exit this list, you must wait for 24 hours or pay an amount of 20 LYD at one of the company’s service centers. After that, you can proceed with the recharge.

Can I send a voice message at a later time and date?

Yes, after recording your message and pressing the pound key (#), you will hear the options menu. Choose ‘Send at a later time’ from the menu, then enter the desired time and date following the voice instructions.

If I forget my phone somewhere, how can I listen to my voicemail messages?

You can access your voicemail from any other phone. Just call your number, and once you are redirected to voicemail, after hearing the welcome message, press *, then enter your voicemail box’s PIN, and follow the instructions.

Why can’t I subscribe to the Voicemail Service (VMS)?

This is because you are subscribed to the Missed Call Notification (MCN) service. When subscribing to the Voicemail service, you must first unsubscribe from the Missed Call Notification service (to unsubscribe, send 0 to the number 133).

How can I change the voicemail language to Arabic?

After completing the subscription process, reconnect to the number 123.

  • Press 2 to set up your account.
  • Press 2 to choose the language, then press 1 for the Arabic language.

I sent a local text message (SMS), and it hasn’t been delivered yet?

This may be due to the recipient’s phone being turned off or out of coverage. If the recipient’s phone remains off or out of coverage for 48 hours (two days) from the time the message was sent, the message will not be delivered after that.
