Yes, there is a solution for those scratched vouchers by heading to one of our service centers and handing it over to one of the employees who will, in turn, compensate you with a new recharge voucher of the same denomination (of the same value).
When the refill period ends, the service is terminated, and the service is permanently stopped, making it irretrievable.
When the validity period ends, the SIM card enters the refill period. During this period, you can receive calls, make calls to toll-free numbers, and only recharge your balance.
