Can the English language be activated for non-Arabic speakers?

 The language for messages and USSD service menus can be specified from the beginning of registering the phone line for the visitor. The subscriber is given the choice of their preferred language during the registration process, and the welcome message will be sent in the selected language when activating the line on their mobile device.

What happens to the phone line if it's not used?

The phone line is valid for 90 days, and if the phone line is not used, it will enter a freeze period for 60 days.

Can the free package be used if the line is not activated on the subscriber's device?

The package is calculated from the date of registering the phone line. If the visitor activates the phone line after 3 days from the registration date, the subscriber will benefit from the free package for the remaining 4 days out of the total 7 days.

Can a visitor obtain more than one phone line?

No, a visitor subscriber cannot have more than one phone line.
