Members can subscribe to any other internet package.

The owner can inquire about packages through MyLibyana app or dial *121#, and the member can inquire about the remaining quota only through MyLibyana app.

Who is responsible for splitting Familia Packs?

The owner selects the Familia list to share the package with from the previously added list, according to the maximum allowed for each package, and distributes the shares to them.

How will members be selected?

The Familia list with whom the package will be shared is determined from within MyLibyana app, where members will receive a text message asking them to approve or decline to join the Familia package owner's list.

How can I switch from prepaid to Familia packages?

The client can switch to Familia packages directly through MyLibyana app, or by visiting the nearest sales center.

If I am invited to join Familia list, how can I accept the invitation to join?

The subscriber can accept the invitation by sending an SMS to service number 707 with the code 92/94XXXXXXXXX#1 or through MyLibyana app.
