You can obtain a subscription contract or a replacement SIM card for your phone line if it is damaged or lost.
Using the service
You can obtain a subscription contract or a replacement SIM card for your phone line if it is damaged or lost, by going to one of the service centers, by providing the following:
- Personal attendance.
- Proof of identity, either a personal ID card, passport or family booklet in case your photo is on it (original and a photocopy).
- The phone number to have a contract/replacement card for.
- National ID number
- Personal attendance.
- Passport or travel document (original and photocopy).
- The phone number to have a contract/replacement card for.
- A letter from the entity stating the number for which a replacement is to be issued.
- A letter from the representative of the entity with a photocopy of their identity document, with the necessity of their personal attendance or the presence of the phone line user with a letter stating this, accompanied by a photocopy of their identity document and National ID number.
1.For the Libyan subscriber
- Personal attendance.
- Proof of identity, either a personal ID card, passport or family booklet in case your photo is on it (original and a photocopy).
- The phone number to have a contract/replacement card for.

2.For a foreign subscriber
- Personal attendance.
- Passport or travel document (original and photocopy).

3. For public or private entities
- A letter from the entity stating the number for which a replacement is to be issued.
- A letter from the representative of the entity with a photocopy of their identity document, with the necessity of their personal attendance or the presence of the phone line user with a letter stating this, accompanied by a photocopy of their identity document and National ID number.
