How to subscribe to the service
1. Via Call
To activate the voicemail service, dial the service number 123.
Then (press 1) to subscribe to the service.
You will receive a text message stating that your subscription was successful.
Redial the service number to set up your voicemail.
Note:
When the voicemail service is activated, voice calls are automatically forwarded to the 123 service number in the following cases:
- When the phone is switched off.
- When the number is busy.
- When the subscriber is out of coverage.
- When there is no answer.
2. Via SMS
You can subscribe by sending a text message containing one of the following codes to service number 123:
Voicemail Box
You can access your voicemail box in the following ways:
By directly dialing 123 and following the instructions.
Calling your phone number from a Libyana or non-Libyana phone, then listening to the audio system and following the instructions.
If you access your voicemail through any other phone line (other than your own), you must enter your voicemail password.
Voicemail password

You can change your voicemail password via your phone line only by calling the 123 service number and following the instructions.

The password consists of 4 digits and cannot be more or less than 4 digits.

If you enter an incorrect password 3 times, the service will be suspended for 10 minutes.

You can activate or deactivate your voicemail password by calling 123 and following the instructions.
Voicemail box features

Direct sending by typing the number 123 followed by the phone number (1239(2/4)XXXXXXXXX) on the mobile phone screen, then pressing the dial button and following the voice instructions.

Send a voice message to a group of friends (5 friends) at the same time, while typing 218 before the phone number (2189(2/4)XXXXXXXXX).

You can reply directly to any existing voice message in your voicemail box.

You can resend any voicemail you have in your voicemail box.

You can send the voice message later after entering a specific time and date for sending, as the system will save the message and send it on the predefined date and time.

You can record a greeting message and set it as the main message, i.e. use it as an auto response when you are called.
Voice messages (new and read) are deleted if the specified message storage period (5 days) has expired.
