While I am subscribed to the internet service, I cannot use it? 

Either your mobile phone does not support the internet, or the settings for this service are incorrect.

Can I subscribe more than once to the internet packages offer?

 You can subscribe to all packages multiple times.

Can I cancel my subscription to the internet packages I have subscribed to?

There is no feature to cancel the subscription to internet packages; however, you can re-subscribe based on the type of package.

How do I know if I have subscribed to the package?

 You will receive an SMS notification confirming your subscription to the package. By checking the balance inquiry, a temporary message will appear on your phone screen, indicating the balance and expiration date of your subscribed package.

How do I know if I have consumed the entire package? 

You will receive an SMS notification when your balance for the subscribed package is exhausted, and you will also receive a message when your package balance is about to run out.

What will happen to my package balance if I subscribe to another package before its expiration?

The remaining balance of the current package will be transferred to the new package, and the validity of the transferred balance will continue until its expiration date.

What is the direct subscription code? 

It is a code used to subscribe to internet packages directly without entering the USSD menu, using the code #555*. Use the code #(package price)*777*
