Service Details

  • Subscribers can switch to ” Fatlek’ha ” or return to the prepaid system directly through MyLibyana app for free, while retaining their balance and packages when moving from one service to another.

  • When switching to ” Fatlek’ha “, the subscriber's account retains the same validity as the prepaid account, with the ability to top-up the balance in the usual manner. 🡺 Following the usual steps.

  • Subscribers can design their suitable package from within MyLibyana by adjusting the minutes and data (GB) according to their needs, where the package price varies based on the selected quota.

  • Subscribers receive a free bundle of SMS according to the selected minutes and internet packages.

  • Subscribers receive a free internet package (off-peak) (from 03:00 to 10:00 in the morning) with the same selected internet quota.

  • When the internet package expires, subscribers can subscribe to additional packages or renew the designed package.

  • Data and minutes (remaining data, minutes, and SMS) are gathered and rolled over to the next month, valid for 7 days.

  • Subscribers can benefit from all services and offers provided by Libyana.

Automatic Renewal of “Fatlek’ha” Service:

  • The automatic renewal option of the designed package can be activated or deactivated; where this service automatically renews the subscription every 30 days.

  • Before the package is automatically renewed, a notification is sent to the subscriber, ahead of the expiration date.

  • If the balance is insufficient, a notification is sent to the subscriber 3 days before the expiration date; to top-up with sufficient balance for the renewal. If not recharged, the subscription to the “Fatlek’ha” package will be frozen.

  • The remaining quota is rolled-over; in case the designed package is renewed automatically or manually.
