Subscription and Sharing Process

After navigating to Familia Packages through MyLibyana app, select the members of the Familia list with whom the package will be shared, and members will receive a text message asking them to approve or deny joining the Familia owner's list.

The owner must describe the connection to the member: (family, friend, other device).

After the members accept the request to join the Familia Package list, the owner selects in the app the package they want to subscribe to from the available packages and shares it with the members.

The owner chooses the Familia list with whom the package will be shared from the list that was added previously, according to the number allowed for each package and distributes the shares to them.

The maximum number of members benefiting from a Familia package varies depending on the package chosen.

Only the owner can subscribe to additional packages, while members can subscribe to other internet packages.

The owner has full discretion in sharing the package with members.

No member can be removed from the Familia list during the consumption period of the shared package.

The service number assigned to Familia packages is 707.
The subscriber can accept the invitation by sending an SMS to service number 707 with the code 92/94XXXXXXXXX#1 or through MyLibyana app.
The client can switch to Familia packages directly through MyLibyana app, or by visiting the nearest sales center.
The Familia list with whom the package will be shared is determined from within MyLibyana app, where members will receive a text message asking them to approve or decline to join the Familia package owner's list.
The owner selects the Familia list to share the package with from the previously added list, according to the maximum allowed for each package, and distributes the shares to them.
The owner can inquire about packages through MyLibyana app or dial *121#, and the member can inquire about the remaining quota only through MyLibyana app.
Members can subscribe to any other internet package.
The Additional Package cannot be shared with members.
