This service enables you to receive or put calls on hold while your phone line is busy, so you won't have to worry about missing any important calls, as a sound signal will alert you to a call while you are talking on your phone, and the caller's name or number will appear on your phone screen.

If you want to answer the second call, just press the call button, you will go to the other call and the first call will remain on hold, and you can also make a new call while your phone line is busy, by putting the current call on hold, by selecting New Call from the Options menu.
