The “Exit from Reservation List” service is a critical feature for Libyana subscribers who encounter difficulties with balance top-ups. After three unsuccessful attempts to recharge their balance, the phone line is transferred to the reservation list.

Exiting the Reservation List

The “Exit from Reservation List” service is a critical feature for Libyana subscribers who encounter difficulties with balance top-ups. After three unsuccessful attempts to recharge their balance, the phone line is transferred to the reservation list.

Service details

If the subscriber experiences difficulties in recharging for three consecutive attempts, the phone line will be registered in the reservation list, and when attempting to recharge, the subscriber will hear the message “You cannot recharge now, call the operator to get out of the reservation list.” The SIM card will remain on the list for 24 hours.

Reservation List Exit Procedure

Go to a Libyana center and provide the following:

  • The phone number registered in the reservation list.

  • The determined financial amount.

  • Proof of identity (ID card or passport).

  • National ID number.

You cannot recharge as you hear the voice prompt: ‘Unable to recharge now, contact the operator to exit the reservation list?

You have exhausted the number of recharge attempts, which is three attempts, and as a result, you have entered the reservation list. To exit this list, you must wait for 24 hours or pay an amount of 20 LYD at one of the company's service centers. After that, you can proceed with the recharge.
