If the subscriber experiences difficulties in recharging for three consecutive attempts, the phone line will be registered in the reservation list, and when attempting to recharge, the subscriber will hear the message “You cannot recharge now, call the operator to get out of the reservation list.” The SIM card will remain on the list for 24 hours.

The phone number registered in the reservation list.
The determined financial amount.
Proof of identity (ID card or passport).
National ID number.
You have exhausted the number of recharge attempts, which is three attempts, and as a result, you have entered the reservation list. To exit this list, you must wait for 24 hours or pay an amount of 20 LYD at one of the company's service centers. After that, you can proceed with the recharge.
