With the Credit Loan service, clients can now borrow balance from Libyana, which can be utilized for:

The client must have recharged after purchasing the phone line for the first time.

The phone line must be in the activation phase for the last 12 months.

There should be no previous debt owed by the client from the same service.

The service cannot be utilized in case of non-payment of the “Don’t Stop” service debt.

When the client receives a balance, whether by top-up or balance transfer, the debt amount will be deducted immediately.

If the debt is not paid before the end of the due period (7 days), the phone line will remain in a receiving state only, and will go through the standard phone line stages.

The phone line will remain in “receive-only” status even if its expiration is extended.

The available value of the advance is estimated for each client based on the consumption rate during the last 6 months.

This service is available for free to all Libyana subscribers, and it will be activated automatically for all subscribers who meet the conditions.
There is no specific limit to benefiting from the service; as long as the subscriber settles the full amount of the previous loan.
The validity of the phone line is not extended at all when using the service.
You can settle the loan amount either by recharging your balance using recharge cards or by transferring credit to your phone number.
You can use the service either by dialing the service code #61121* or through the MyLibyana application.
The phone card must be active on the network for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase to enable the subscriber to benefit from the service.
If the full amount of the debt is settled, the phone line will be reactivated, and it will exit the recharge stage. If only a partial payment is made, the phone line will remain in the recharge stage until the full amount is paid.
The grace period before the due date for debt settlement is 7 days. If the full debt amount is not paid during this period, the status of the number will be changed to the recharge stage, allowing only incoming calls.
If the subscriber does not settle the full amount of the debt, the phone line will follow the usual procedures. The phone line will be reset and put up for resale.
