It is a number consists eight digits and It can be found in the subscription contract, and you can temporarily reactivate the service by this password.
You can create a new SIM card password, just going to one of Business Centers, as well as; providing the subscription contract.
To change the password, call the service number 121, then press 2 for English language a press 3 a insert the old password a press # a insert the new password a reinsert the new password for confirmation, then dial #, then you’ll hear the reply from the system that the password has been changed.
The steps as in the following:
121 ->2 ->3 ->the old password -> # -> the new password -> # -> the new password -> #
Notice:
To change the password, you have to call by using the same SIM card which you want its password to change. The new password should be consist of 8 digits. You can specify new password if forgotten by going to any Business Centers as well as; providing the subscription contract.
It is a number used to secure your SIM card, to activate this number you can refer the mobile phone manual.
When you activate this number, you will be asked to insert the PIN1 number each time you return on your mobile phone.

the PIN1 number is saved in the SIM card memory, and not in the mobile phone memory. So the activation of this number applies on SIM in the mobile phone. At the time of activating the PIN1 number, And if you insert SIM card in another device, the PIN1 number will remain activated.

It is a number of canceling PIN1. when you made mistake inserting PIN1 three times respectively, you will be asked to insert PUK1, if you made mistake inserting (PUK1) 10 several times respectively, the SIM card will be destructed, and you have to replace it.
Note:
When you insert PUK1, you will be asked to insert new PIN1 twice.
