Buying a new Libyana SIM card

You can buy a new Libyana SIM card by visiting one of our Business Centers near you, with providing the following:

For Libyan Subscribers:

1. Personal appearance.
2. Proof of identity, either ID card, Passport or even family booklet (Original + photocopy).
3. Service charge of 5 LYD.
4. To buy a new Libyana SIM card you must have less than 2 SIM cards registered in your name.

For Foreign Subscribers:

1. Personal appearance.
2. Passport (Original + photocopy).
3. Service charge of 5 LYD.
4. To buy a new Libyana SIM card you must not have any Libyana SIM card registered in your name.

In case you don't have time to buy a new Libyana SIM card in person, one of your nearest relatives (Parents, or husband/wife) can attend instead to complete the procedure with providing the following:

1. Proof of your identity.
2. Proof of his/her identity.
3. Service charge of 5 LYD.
